Should I use a vpn when torrenting t4.

im kinda scared to download it even with a VPN.
the reason for this is because the first time I torrented a game was the last time. Which was cod 4
and I got letters from my internet company saying if they caught us one more time they would shut us down then tell all the other services of what happened.
