Issue with launching the game

Everytime I've opened the game for the past while I always get the same error code. I've reinstalled bo2 torrent 3 times and have deleted all files associated with the game before reinstalling. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. Below I provided the error and the crash report.

Judging by the exception address its crashing in an external dependency, do you have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? Quit them if you do. Or any modified dlls or downloaded some trash repack recently?
Plus upload the crashdump as stated in the error message.
