Server not showing up on server list

To be fair, this is my first time trying to get a dedicated server running. I thought I had everything set up properly, however my server does not show up on the server list. My dedicated server .bat shows "heartbeat successful", so I'm not exactly sure where I'm messing up. If any info is needed I can provide anything if anyone wants to help try and walk me through this.

Are you hosting on the same machine you're playing on? Your router might not support NAT loopback and hence why you can't see your own server in the serverlist whereas others might (if you did everything else properly, including port forwarding). Get a friend to search your server in the list and see if he can connect to it. You yourself can connect to it via connect localhost:port.
