Server not showing up for me or anyone else

I have tried connecting through local host crashes me I have tried enabling and disabling UPnP
nothing...

I have port forwarded correctly...

I'm lost.

AkaHexx are you running server and game on the same pc?
Post a screenshot of your port forwarding settings.
Have you created a firewall rule on the host pc for port 28960 (or 28961 if you're running it on the same pc as the game) udp?

AkaHexx if server and game run on the same pc set the server port to 28961 in the server startup batch file.
