are the images in C:\Users"user"\AppData\Local\Plutonium\launcher\assets\img the ones used in the launcher? if yes, am i allowed to change any of this?

@M0untainLight6 well technically you can replace them but the launcher will re-download the originals every time you start it and replace your modified ones.
