Are you sure that you got the full game on your Desktop?

Take a look into the console log file in the raw folder it should give you more details about the issue.

was a map rotation problem when you setup a custom map u need to add the map to the rotation inside the server config file.
to be sure i've even renamed the mod folder as the .ff file inside it
