IP incorrectly banned

My friend get his IP banned, one of this accounts names his : Tick Hicks
I believe that his ip was banned incorrectly because he didn’t even play multiplayer or zombies.
He started the plutonium launcher and clicked on to play on the bo2 zombies part but it appeared that he was banned for 100 days, we created other accounts and did the same procedure but the ban only increased.
