      First start your game, then your server. Port forward 28961 instead of 29860 and let people connect to that

          You have to change it both in your bat file and in your modem.
          People will connect to you with connect iphere:28961

              also allow incoming traffic on 28961 udp in your windows firewall (or alternatively allow incoming traffic for %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe)

                          @Alessandra2004 is the ip (btw you can show that since it's your pc's lan ip) correct? Double check it hasn't changed by running ipconfig in a cmd window.
