Question about zombies maps crashing in solo

I've been playing a few zombies map solo and all the games have ended up crashing at some point. I've tried Town and Leviathan v1.2 from https://callofdutyrepo.com/wawmaps/
I've placed the maps in "\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods"
I'm not sure what is causing them to crash., but each time it has happened after something exploded in front of me and an effect displayed on the screen. On the Town map a zombie blew up and on Leviathan those electric monkey things exploded right in front of me. Is there a location I can look to see a log and whats potentially crashing them?

This seems to have been fixed with the patch today or yesterday. I've played a few games and haven't crashed at all.
