bootstrapper remains stuck at "Loading fastfile code_pre_gfx_mp".

Hi, I don't know if this problem only concerns me but when I launch plutonium and I launch black ops 2 everything works fine, then once the window opens the window tells me: Loading fastfile code_pre_gfx_mp. No matter how long I wait for 1 hour nothing happens. I have already reinstalled the game, reinstalled DirectX and the required files as well as disabling my antivirus. I don't have any apps that could interfere with the launch of bo2.
So I don't know what to do and I'd like some help! ^^(I don't know if it's the same thing but I can launch MW3 without any problem).
