Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Zombies won't launch

I have Plutonium.exe on my C Drive and my Bo2 (Steam) on my C Drive, and the directory is correct, but when I click play, the launcher closes and nothing happens. Thank you for your help in advance.

When I try to upload another picture it just says "Error" as the title and "error" as the description
