Seen someone playing the russian version on iw5. Anyone got these files?

Steam got the files so does a certain site ending with rin.ru

Xerxes Yo every time i do this it doesn't work, when i go to launch MW3 it tells me to make sure it's launched from the correct game file. But the other languages work for some reason?? Spanish, Italian, French, etc all work, only Russian doesn't.
