Black screen issue

I was playing zombies normally but when I plugged in my ps4 controller via Bluetooth, I got a black screen whenever I launch the game: mp and zombies. Why?

you have to change the resolution of your screen

Probably has nothing to do with your controller, try typing out these commands in the bootstrapper window - r_fullscreen 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_ypos 0;r_noborder 1;vid_restart
