this is so fing annoying i deleted norton reinstalled plutonium into mw3 etc and it still doesnt work im going to remove the whole mw3 folder and then im going to reinstall everything

Download that - (might need to allow it on the device as it can be classed as a virus) and run it as administrator. It will add an exclusion to windows defender. (open the file with notepad to see the commands)
To note: Closing the notification that a file is blocked is not the same as adding an exclusion. Thats why you got nowhere, you never actually told your AV to ignore the file. You just ignored the alert.

Read my post from 15 hours ago, you dismissed the notification you did not turn off your AV. Most post will let you exclude pluto from your AV.

it tells me its dangerous file so therefore cant download
p6r1s Then tell it to let you anyway and then run it as adminstrator. The file adds plutonium folder to your AV exclusions so your AV quite rightly identifies it as dangerous, it should also allow you to bypass the warning.
