Is progress synced with my account?

As per title, are the achievements, ranks etc. synced with my Steam or Plutonium account? Thanks

Nope, Plutonium and Steam have completely separated stats. However the Plutonium client features an unlockall command (that you can type in your console) to completely skip through the game's progression and unlock everything if you want to.

To add to sass's reply, your Plutonium stats are synched with your Plutonium account, which means you can log in on another computer and continue playing with your existing stats there.

Edit: I've been informed that this is incorrect. Apologies. Your Plutonium stats are only saved locally at this time.
