Why not add Black ops 3 and black ops 4?

Why not add black ops 3 and black ops 4? it would be amazing and would bring the games back to life. And it is true that some people want this to play for free, and so what? it is rational, why would anyone want to spend money on a dead game that the devs arent making money from anyway currently? Adding BO3 and BO4 would do nothing but benefit the players, and arent players what you care about the most?
