Did you even get MW3 from Steam? Why is the folder on your Desktop? Steam won't auto-fix it there.

Tetsuyaa Keep the files in Steam and place Plutonium.exe on your Desktop, in Plutonium.exe, select the Steam MW3 location as the game location.

It will open a folder in the explorer. Now locate the folder calledplutonium
Right-click and delete that folder. Now when you launch the launcher again it shows the setup button allowing you to re-select your MW3 folder.Please read this information carefully and follow it exactly.
