Friend got a blackscreen when joining my games

Hello !
Here my problem : My friends can join me no problem the game acknowledge it (XXX joined) but they never appear and on their side its just black, no loading just pure black. When i end a round in zombies they player character spawn in mid air while doing a t poses and can get killed by zombies.
This problem is also present on Bo2 but we played by joining their games and now they got a problem that we can't seems to fix for WaW so they have to join me instead but we got this blocking us ...
I hope somebody can help us ! Thanks

No error if he alt tabs out of the game? Also ask him to type
vid_restartinto the bootstrapper when he's blackscreening. Also provide more info - are both of you on the latest update (r1749) and does that happen on all maps or specific maps/mods? -
No there is none, but they have to shut down the game cuz they are locked into that black screen.
This only happen when they are joining me not the other way around, we can play normally when i join them. We play with the base game on zombies maps no mods no nothing.
I'll try vid restart when i get the chance.

i have the same problem too, i was going for high round on der riese with 4 players and then i leave my pc on overnight and when i come back, my friends can't join back and they got blackscreen
