Plutonium external GSC not working correctly

Over the time Plutonium has released T4, I started to mess with there newly added external GSC loader. I found out that loading any script in, WILL break dog animations. I also have found out the you cannot use DVAR commands within the GSC scripts, as they just will not work. However much of the GSC does work, but also much does not. Also triggers seem to not work as well, nor does the command to bind a key to a player. Also it seems with any external GSC will break your game if you are in developer mode. For me it only spits an error when anything other then the spawn fix Plutonium provided are added.

I should add, the first part about the dogs animations breaking only happens when loading GSC files into a server.
