how do i know when its finished?

hello i have no experience with torrent, what does seeding means? it says its completed but its still going does that mean its done or not done? plz help me thanks

yeah its done now go to the instalaiton path ant open the Plutonium launcher if u have any problems then send a schreenshot in this or other post maybe u have the same error as i have
