cant find the mw3 file to move it to the right spot. And bo2 isn't launching for me.

I have the error which I placed my mw3 file in the wrong place and I cant find it so i can move it. And when i try launching bo2 it says it is trying to launch it and closes out of everything. send help....

Browse to %localappdata%/plutonium and delete config.json and then relaunch
