i need help for custome game with friend.

My UPnP is apparently disabled, but i already verify and it is enabled (on my router and my widow setting). I just want to play with my friend (2 or 3 max), someone has any idea? (i would like to create a custom game and they put on the console "connect myIp" and start a game with bot. Thanks for your help !
