Mp rank resets after every game

Hello everyone
Until yesterday, my rank was displayed properly after the game, but since today it resets to level 1 when I go back to the main menu. In game it displays when I hit a new level, but in the end it shows level 1 on the main menu. Does anyone else have this problem?

Flying_Banana I have the same issue, except mine resets to max prestige, max rank. All I want is to level from 1 to 55 in the 5th prestige, and every time I leave the game and come back, it resets to max. Pistakilla I'M not playing any custom games, I only play bo2 on public plutonium servers, and I level up properly during play, but when I exit the game, it resets to max level max prestige the next time I play.

yes, in regular online mp it works. It's fun to rank up with bots through so you have that sense of progression. Otherwise you're forced to give yourself max rank because everyone is using OP guns like Scar-H or an-94.
