Is there stuff written on the bootstrapper or is it just blank? If it's the first and the game starts minimized/blackscreened, write this
r_fullscreen 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_ypos 0;r_noborder 1;vid_restartin the bootstrapper cmd window. If it's the second case, what antivirus do you use? Either your AV or some other app installed on your system's clashing with Pluto. -
nah i dont use any antivirus but i need help with t4 how can i reinstall a custom map if i accidentally interrupt the download progression

Delete the map/mod from %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods then reconnect to that server again.
