Can´t see BO2 zombies

When i click play on plutonium to play zombies it launchs "plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" but i can´r see the game. I can hear the song of the menu. This only happens with zombies, when i tried it on MP it worked. Any help?

Wookie what if you type

vid_restart

into the bootstrapper cmd window and hit enter?
If it doesn't work try

r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart
