BO2 Resolution problem

Whenever I lauch BO2 my monitor shows me the ''out of scale'' text, even tho my resolution is set to my native resolution (1366x768) this only happened now that I removed my gpu because it had artifact, I don't know how to fix this if someone can help I'd be more than grateful

Try entering r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper.
