i can't join in a single game, pls help :c

I'm not was playing bo2 like for 2 months (idk exactly) and now when I try to join in a server the load screen freezes and I get this message
this happens even if I try to play solo. I tried to re-install the launcher but nothing happened, same with the whole game.
any help?

@GibuZ Looks like your pc is too slow to load a match. What are pc specs?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz
Ram: 4 GBs
Graphic: Intel(R) HD Graphics 620but how strange, months before I don't had any performance issues or load problems. I hope my pc isn't be dying

Well your specs are fine. The only issue could be that your hdd is slow that it couldn't load into the map fast enough. Try an SSD, a faster hdd or defrag your hdd. -

the good news is I can play t4 so I'll be playing cod waw instead of bo2. thx for helping
