How to turn off wall density/make all walls "bangable"

have tried many things, increasing users bulletpenetration multiplier but it still doesn't effect shooting through walls that normally can't be shot through. Can anyone help me here?

w00dy basically, the dvar
perk_bulletPenetrationMultipliercan indeed make more stuff penetratable but it only goes from 1-30, 1 being default. you can make a override (which requires c++ knowledge) and increase it then. but instead, i don't use the dvar and i do some other method -
