My server just keeps saying "sending heartbeat" and I don't know how to fix this

Duckyhub did you save the file? The tab is red which means there are unsaved changes.
Also post the contents of your startup batch file (censor or remove your server key). -

Duckyhub ah i see it now, you got all the config files and stuff in a folder called "T4ServerConfigs-main", all of the stuff in there is supposed to go straight into your game folder.
So server_zm.cfg is supposed to be in pluto_t4_full_game/main and the startup batch files in pluto_t4_full_game.
