BO2 On startup crash error Exception Code: 0xC0000005

-Every time I attempt to launch BO2 it crashes with the same error Exception Code: 0xC0000005
-I am using the torrent version installed with qBittorent and the launcher works fine but when I launch BO2 it crashes on MP and Zombies-This is what my game folder looks like I don't think anything is missing from it:

-I have tried redownloading it and looked through the discord and forms for the solution and found no working solutions
-I have seen many different people with the same exact problem and hoping this will be resolved.
