Add RU letters for the chat.. What on the server and in a private match, I cannot write in ru

It's only in English currently.

Thats a known issue for cod since forever, a group of russians tried to fix that for cod4 but iiric they failed in the end.
The problem is that the letters are not drawn as text but as texture and the English version does not have the Cyrillic letters and vice versa.
