When i type "connect (ip)xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:(port)xxxxx" in the WAW console, it says: Error: "The server you tried to join is not ready. Try joining another server."

The Plutonium T4 Dedicated Server's console keeps saying "Sending heartbeat ... Heartbeat successful." repetitively.

    :(

    Why?

TheYellowApple Please type net_port in your dedicated server. Are you connecting to localhost? If so, you probably did not specify the correct port in order to connect to the server.

Also, remove the serverkey you generated and generate a new one, because you posted your keys by accident. The screenshots are removed for the same reason.
