i just download the game but cannot open it any time i try i get this message please is if any one know how to fix it tell me

- do you have any overlays (msi afterburner/rivatuner/...) if yes disable them.
- post a screenshot of your game folder
- right click your start button -> system -> scroll down so you can see "Windows specifications" and screenshot that
- upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here
