Nah you're not banned, if you'd be, you wouldn't even be able to log in let alone launch the game and play on the servers. You can use GeForce experience as well, it isn't bannable.
Regarding your issue, does it crash randomly ingame without any errors? What antivirus do you use?

si se cierra sin motivo alguno y sin errores, windows defender, pero ya he provado desactivar totalmente el windows defender incluso desactivar el firewall/ if it closes for no reason and without errors, windows defender, but I have already tried to completely disable windows defender even disable the firewall

Doubt defender is causing that, but don't shut off defender completely. Re enable it and add %localappdata%/Plutonium to its exclusions instead.
