Error when launching BO2 Multiplayer

I tried to play black ops 2 and it gave me this message and it won't let me play. Yes I have the game installed correctly and I don't know why this is happening. Can anyone help?

You just uploaded the dump text, we need the dump file, please upload it to gdrive and post the link here. Also make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background.
