Not detecting 144hz screen despite having 200 FPS

For some reason, the game is not detecting the entirety of the available fps when in-game. I have V-sync turned off and maximum fps as Unlimited so I get 200 fps but despite that the game feels like I have 45 or 30. I have a 144hz screen but I am unable to find the option in the Settings to have that refresh rate unlike other cods, this is the only plutonium cod I have this issue with.

Fixed it, if anyone runs into this issue just try changing the Desktop to 144hz in the graphics card control panel, mine was 60hz and for some reason BO2 in plutinoum was the only game not detecting since the game does not have a 144hz option on its own
