Is there a console command to get a custom prestige?

I've done the "unlockall" command which gives 20th prestige and unlock all obviously. Though I've seen players with other prestiges which makes me wonder if there's a way to do it aside from grinding all the way up to a prestige. Some help would be appreciated. Thank you.
