@status-sayod hm, that's strange. That file is part of pluto and should be downloaded when you start the launcher. Can you post a screenshot of %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/iw5?

@status-sayod yea you have all the files (that particular file is inside plutonium_cheytac.iwd), it's beyond me why the game can't load it.
