Hello there I played the multiplayer with no sound then I switched to zombie to look if I have there a sound and now I don’t know what to do
lacjlovl what is set as your default output device in windows? If you don't know how to check, right click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "open sound settings"
Then click "sound control panel" on the right side and check which device is set as default
