resolution issues

so my resolution is way to high when i try changing it to 1920x1080 it crashes no matter the resolution it crashes i tried to use the commands and the bootloader and i tried to window the game but now i cant hit apply ive tired so many methods i even tried a hard wipe on the game but some reason kept my settings
