Unable to open BO2

Hello, when I run black ops 2 everything is fine, I hear the background music but when I want to go on it, it is impossible for me because the game returns windows every time I try to go on it, es does anyone have a solution?
The console when i launch bo2 : https://prnt.sc/1595pwl (Why is it written win32 while I am on win64?)

dydyjetski it says win32 because it's a 32 bit application. Try typing this into the bootstrapper window:
r_fullscreen 0; vid_restartand hit enter.
