Connecting to servers.

I cannot connect to IW5 servers. everytime i press Server Browser, It just gets stuck on the screen "Connecting To Online Services" and after like 60 seconds it says "ERROR The call of duty: Modern Warfare 3 is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit https://callofduty.com/mw3/status for updates.
can someone reply i have had this issue for a week now. and i really would apperciate if someone could help me, so i could play again...
