Can host party games but can't join my friends. It keeps saying joining game but never joins

So my friend joins my game easily but when I try to join his it says joining game but it never joins. my Upnp is enable so it's not that problem

Wishas0156 well if he's hosting the game his upnp needs to be enabled, alternatively he can try forwarding port 4976 udp via his router's web interface.
