Discord Ban Appeal

Can I come back to the discord, I was banned for toxicity and arguing, but I want access to at least a small part of the community to talk too, I have since calmed down, I apologize. It will also be nice to have access to the support channels, so if I have any technical problems, I can get help for it. I don't have a proper reason to be unbanned, just asking for forgiveness and a second chance.
This is also my first ban, so I don't know if the 7 day rule applies to the discord.
