BO2 Zombies crashing

I did everything i could find on ur website and it still crashes suddenly, no crash error.... just goes to desktop... please help me i tried everything

HannesC I use Kaspersky but i deactivated it and allowed the app into firewall... literally just freezes mid game and crashed with no error or anything

Don't deactivate it completely, re enable it and add %localappdata%/Plutonium to its exclusions instead. https://support.kaspersky.com/keswin/10sp2/en-US/128138.htm
