Ok, so from what I gathered, this only happens when I boot up the PC after hibernating it. Why is that?

I found the issue.
RivaTuner was crashing the game.
Please address this issue, put it on the installation guide and/or in-game, I've seen a lot of people on the forums with their BO2 crashing and it could be RivaTuner als

Xerxes I don't know what you're talking about mate, the ID is on the print and the file on the drive link, lol.

That file has 1.7 MB compressed, its damaged.
But yes rivatuner is known to crash it and its in the faq since basically forever. apparently its not in there, but it also has too many places it crashes at and really depends on the system you have:

That's why I said to put it on the installation guide, cuz there are people who don't read the FAQ...
Also for the damage dmp, I don't know why it's damaged, all the times I put the crashdump on rar/zip it goes from ~500mb to ~1mb
