Zombies randomly crashes/closes with no reason given. Please help me

When I load plutonium zombies and hop into a game of solo custom games. About 10 minutes into the game. the window/game will just close with no error messages or anything. it just kicks me to desktop. Can someone please help.

Also this happens on all maps. It will be perfect for a little while and then crash. Super frustrating when I'm trying to get high round runs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and nothing has worked. I got no clue what is happening and no error messages pop up. Windows Defender and Security.

BigBulldog87 you have to make sure. Crashing mid game is very often an antivirus issue. Make sure you don't have another installed like WebRoot and uninstall it (even if it is already disabled it will still cause crashes)

I found a potential solution for this problem that worked for me. All you need to do is type "resetstats" in the console at the main menu. It worked for me and I hope it works for you.
