Scripts do not load

I have created the scripts folder in the AppData/Local/Plutonium/storage/iw5 directory and moved the desired script in. Problem is, when starting a private match it does not load. Console doesn't even show an attempt to load a script or even access the scripts folder. Am I just dumb or am I missing something?
