Problema al poner play en el call of duty black ops 2

Buenas me llamó Luis soy español y tengo problema con bo2 cuando inició le doy play me sale la pantalla de símbolo que significa que está cargando pero cuando inicia no salen los códigos para iniciar el juego me sale el icono de escribir en blanco y no sale los demás códigos estuve esperando 5 minutos para ver si iniciaba quedaba igual.
