custom maps not loading

So basically custom maps won't load for me, the maps are in the storage>t4>mods folder. Now the problem happens when i try to launch the maps. When i try to launch the maps my screen goes black for a few seconds then freezes and the only way to exit out of it is to press the windows key, then manually close it. I will try provide some images.

When i try to launch the maps my screen goes black for a few seconds then freezes and the only way to exit out of it is to press the windows key, then manually close it. I will try provide some images.
- Make sure your game is in windowed borderless, not in fullscreen
- Make sure there are no mods in the Activision mods folder
- If you got this map from a server the files could be broken so if the 2 suggestions above don't work I'd recommend deleting the mod and getting the files yourself instead, at least for this mod. You can download maps from the custom maps recommended websites.
